Instructions for Abstract Submission

  1. Language:
    • Abstracts must be typed and presented in English.
    • The abstract should not exceed 300 words.
  2. Content:
    • Objectives: State the main objective of the study.
    • Materials and Methods: Briefly describe the study design and methodology.
    • Results: Present the main findings with appropriate precision.
    • Conclusion: Limit conclusions to those directly supported by the results.
  3. Title:
    • The abstract title must be typed in CAPITAL LETTERS (except for scientific names, which should be in upper- and lower-case forms and italicized).
  4. Presenting Author Details:
    • The presenting author’s name should be listed first and underlined.
    • Provide the presenting author’s name, institution, address, mobile number, and email address.
    • Presenting authors must be registered for the conference.
  5. Rights to Publish:
    • By submitting the abstract, authors grant the TAPICON 2025 organizing committee the right to publish it in the proceeding electronic/printed form.
  6. Oral Presentation:
    • The allotted time for the presentation is 7 minutes, with a warning bell at 6 minutes, followed by 3 minutes of Q&A.
    • There will be 2 categories for abstract submission namely Short Paper and Case Report

      Short Paper Abstract will consist of the following subheadings
      - Title
      - Background
      - Methodology
      - Results
      - Conclusion

      Case Reports will consist of the following subheadings
      - Introduction
      - Case Description
      - Conclusion

  7. E-Poster Content:
    • The allotted time for poster presentation is 5 to 6 minutes.
  8. Template:
    • Details of the templates for final submission will be notified along with the selection mail..
  9. Deadline:
    • All abstracts must be received on or before June 10th, 2025..
    • Abstracts selected for Oral and E-poster presentations will be notified by email after approval by the scientific committee.

THE SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE'S DECISION IS FINAL IN SELECTING THE ABSTRACT AS EITHER POSTER OR PAPER.
